BWB&O Partners John Toohey and Rachel Mihai have been invited to speak at the Public Agency Risk Management Association (PARMA) Conference and Expo on Friday, February 28th at 9:00am along side industry expert Caryn Siebert, VP and Director of Carrier Engagement at Gallagher Bassett Services. PARMA provides a forum for public sector risk managers to share ideas. This year the conference will be held in Monterey, California from February 25-28.
Mr. Toohey and Ms. Mihai will present on the topic “Reverse Reptile Theory.” “Reptile Theory” is a strategy that Plaintiff attorneys have deployed against Defendant corporations with incredible success. Their presentation will focus on reversing this reptile strategy, develop a strategy to testify properly, and explain how the psychology works and to take advantage of it in the defense.
