In 2013, Sohaib Latif earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Irvine. In 2016, Mr. Latif earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, Mr. Latif was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Constitutional Law. Mr. Latif externed for the Honorable Barry Russell, Chief Judge Emeritus of the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Mr. Latif represented plaintiffs and defendants in general liability claims, giving him insight into how both sides will approach litigation. Before becoming a litigator, Mr. Latif worked in the mortgage industry, advising wholesale lenders on compliance and liquidity issues.
Mr. Latif is licensed to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
