Nicole Allen is an associate attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP and works in our San Diego office. Ms. Allen focuses her practice construction litigation, general liability and personal injury defense. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Allen gained experience representing various businesses as a litigation associate, including actions involving construction defect, construction risk, and personal injury.
Ms. Allen obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California, San Diego. Thereafter, Ms. Allen attended California Western School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, and was a recipient of a Dean’s Merit Academic Scholarship. During law school, Ms. Allen served as the Executive Director of Notes and Comments for California Western Law Review and International Law Journal and as the President of the Black Law Student Association. Ms. Allen was admitted to the Dean’s List during each trimester and was awarded American Jurisprudence Awards in STEPPS and Products Liability. While in law school, Ms. Allen worked as a judicial law clerk for Honorable William McCurine Jr. [ret.] for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Ms. Allen was born and raised in San Diego. In her free time, Ms. Allen enjoys spending time with her family and dog, traveling, hiking and venturing throughout San Diego.
