Mehran David Alaei is an experienced litigator who has successfully handled numerous cases to conclusion through trial, arbitration, or settlement. While practicing in Southern California, Mr. Alaei had the opportunity to represent clients in real estate, corporate law, construction defect litigation, and HOA law.
Mr. Alaei was born in Mobile, Alabama and excelled in sports throughout his life. He played almost every competitive sport growing up but eventually put his focus into swimming and held records in Alabama and in the Southeast throughout his swimming career. After earning duel Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Psychology as well as being a competitive swimmer at Auburn University, Mr. Alaei worked in the neighboring state of Georgia as an accountant at one of the largest private corporations in the world.
Mr. Alaei then moved back to his hometown of Mobile and earned his real estate license in order to run the family real estate investment business. Mr. Alaei was recognized as a top producer and earned the Rookie of the Year award in the Alabama Real Estate Commercial sector before moving to California in 2006. After moving to California, Mr. Alaei went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 2011.
Mr. Alaei is admitted to practice law in California since June 2012. Mr. Alaei also maintains his Real Estate Broker’s License in California since 2007. When Mr. Alaei isn’t being an aggressive advocate for his clients, he enjoys spending time teaching his four-year daughter to become a competitive swimmer as well as an athlete in other competitive sports.
