Lorin Herzfeldt is an associate in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara.
Ms. Herzfeldt’s practice focuses on business litigation and general civil litigation. Ms. Herzfeldt received her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law, with an emphasis in Business Law. She was a recipient of the National Order of Scribes Award, presented annually by the Dean and the American Society of Legal Writers to graduating seniors who demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and are outstanding legal writers. Ms. Herzfeldt was the Vice President of the Moot Court Competition Board, a member of the Mock Trial Competition Team, Staff Editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy, and an Academic Fellow Teacher’s Assistant for Legal Research & Writing. During her time at Chapman she also was one of the founders of the Chapman Air & Space Law Society, and served as its Inaugural Vice President. Additionally, Ms. Herzfeldt was a Writer and Editor for the Chapman Courier newspaper and a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. While in law school, Ms. Herzfeldt held various internship and clerking positions working in-house for large and reputable corporations, including: Oakley, Inc.; Fox Cable Networks; and Weedmaps, and she also interned at two civil litigation firms.
Prior to law school, Ms. Herzfeldt attended the University of California, Irvine where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the school of Cognitive Sciences. At UC Irvine she served as an undergraduate research assistant for research projects in visual intelligence, face perception, and neuroscience capabilities.
Ms. Herzfeldt is a native of Southern California who enjoys spending her time with her friends and family. She enjoys hiking and being outdoors, reading, singing, and going to the movies.
