As a ten year attorney for Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP Lance Pedersen has a wide array of general civil litigation defense experience ranging from slip-and-fall cases to wrongful death litigation. Mr. Pedersen specializes in representing Southern California dual diagnosis facilities in the prevention, containment and defense of lawsuits related to client care. In addition, as a former litigator for the Long Beach City Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Pedersen also practices criminal law defense with a specific focus on DUI representation.
Mr. Pedersen has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, and places a strong emphasis on early case evaluation and dispute resolution. Mr. Pedersen has second-chaired multiple trials and arbitration proceedings during his tenure with Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. He has extensive experience defending all types of personal injury claims and has handled several cases dealing with catastrophic losses and traumatic brain injuries.
Mr. Pedersen earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in May 2006, with an emphasis on Tort Litigation and Trial Advocacy. Mr. Pedersen obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University in 2001.
