Kenneth L. Mariboho II is a senior associate in the Newport Beach office. Mr. Mariboho is a seasoned litigator with over 13 years’ experience defending companies in both state and federal court. In his employment practice, he defends wage and hour class actions, individual employee wage claims, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims. He has obtained summary judgment and other involuntary dismissals through aggressive law and motion practice. Mr. Mariboho has substantial experience counseling employers on personnel issues, wage and hour compliance, employment agreements, policies, and compensation plans.
Mr. Mariboho also practices general civil litigation and insurance defense, specializing in complex civil litigation matters involving catastrophic injury, premises liability, products liability, business disputes, and professional liability claims. He has represented both individual and corporate clients, and has been recognized for producing outstanding work product and successful case outcome.
Mr. Mariboho grew up on the Central Coast of California where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Mr. Mariboho moved to Orange County to attend Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. Prior to joining Bremer & Whyte in 2014, Mr. Mariboho practiced in Southern California for 10 years.
In addition to being admitted to the California Bar, Mr. Mariboho is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
