James M. Cunningham is an Associate Attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & Omeara LLP in its Los Angeles office. Mr. Cunningham was admitted to the California State Bar in 2018.
Mr. Cunningham received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, from the California State University at Northridge. He thereafter received his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of law in 2018. During law school, Mr. Cunningham was the recipient the Witkin Award for Excellence in his Antitrust Law course and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in his Constitutional Law courses and Telecommunications Law and Policy course. Mr. Cunningham obtained a concentration in Entertainment and Media Law, with honors, upon graduation.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte, Mr. Cunningham gained valuable litigation experience working for a widely recognized law firm that specialized in representing consumers in a variety of matters.
In his spare time, Mr. Cunningham enjoys traveling with his family and volunteering at his daughter’s school.
