Debra A. Stevens is an associate attorney in Bremer Whyte Brown and O’Meara’s Colorado office.
Ms. Stevens concentrates her practice on complex litigation including construction, products liability, premises liability, professional liability and general liability matters. In her 22 year of practice, she has represented developers, general contractors, architects, and engineers in multi-million-dollar construction disputes through trial and arbitration. She has also represented major hotel chains, restaurants, car dealerships and apartment/condominium projects in premises liability matters, manufacturers in products liability matters and corporations and their employees in automobile and trucking accidents.
Ms. Stevens attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she was a teaching assistant and co-author of a workbook for a legal bibliography class, the co-editor of the student newspaper The Declaration and was an honor’s judicial intern for the San Diego Superior Court.
