Daniel J. Klett is an associate attorney in the Las Vegas office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. His practice focuses on civil litigation, general liability law, business law, and gaming law.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Mr. Klett formerly worked for a national law firm specializing in complex civil litigation, concentrating on legal issues related to nationwide mortgage-backed securities class actions. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Klett was a Flight Officer in the United States Navy.
Mr. Klett is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar, the State Bar of Nevada, and the State Bar of California. Additionally, Mr. Klett is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Nevada and the United States District Court, District of Southern California.
When not in the office, Mr. Klett enjoys reading and traveling the world. He has visited numerous countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, French Polynesia, and the Caribbean. Mr. Klett also enjoys sky-diving and scuba-diving.
