Cody Marriott is a native Nevadan and a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno where he earned his undergraduate degree in Cell Biology. Mr. Marriott earned his Juris Doctorate at OSC School of Law in Oklahoma. During his time at law school, Mr. Marriott gained invaluable experience clerking at the Oklahoma City Public Defender’s Office.
As a native Northern Nevadan, Mr. Marriott has an intimate knowledge and familiarity of the area, people, and local businesses throughout Nevada. As these locales are well-known for their tight-knit local business and legal communities, Mr. Marriott offers experience and knowledge in this regard.
Mr. Marriott has substantial knowledge and experience in representing clients in various litigation matters, including but not limited to, personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect and subrogation-related matters.
Outside of practicing law, Mr. Marriott enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie Dalton, and their Siberian husky, Chaka Khan, in the outdoors, primarily hunting, fishing, gardening, and undertaking projects that involve spending time outside.
