Chelsea Yamabe is an Associate Attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP’s Encinitas office. Ms. Yamabe’s practice is focused on general liability law, including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and automobile claims; and construction law.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, Ms. Yamabe practiced law at a boutique civil litigation firm in San Diego, where she had the unique opportunity of representing both plaintiffs and defendants, including the defense of a major Southern California theme park, in personal injury matters. Her litigation experience also includes business and commercial matters, intellectual property cases, and cross-border disputes.
Ms. Yamabe completed her undergraduate studies at Pitzer College in Claremont, California, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies. Her post-undergraduate work as a document clerk in a civil litigation firm sparked her interest in a law career. Ms. Yamabe obtained her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.
Ms. Yamabe was born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii. San Diego has served as her second home since 2007. In her free time, Ms. Yamabe enjoys spending time at home with her family and volunteering with animal rescues in Southern California.
