Boyd C. Johnson concentrates his practice on defending against multi-million dollar tort and commercial litigation claims in state and federal courts throughout the state of California. He represents a variety of clients—from small businesses, individuals, to Fortune 500 companies—in cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, property damage, premises liability, construction site accidents, and many other tort and contract-based claims. Boyd obtains positive results for the Firm’s clients through aggressive and custom-tailored defense strategies.
Prior to joining the Firm, Boyd became fluent in Spanish while living in Argentina for two years—a skill which serves many of the Firm’s Spanish-speaking clients. He attended and obtained a juris doctor degree from the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University and also clerked for the Honorable Craig L. Griffin of the Superior Court of California County of Orange and the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford of the United States District Court of the Central District of California. In these roles, his appreciation grew for the value of public service, effective legal advocacy, and the fairness and virtue founded upon the rule of law.
Boyd is an associate of the Firm’s Newport Beach office. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, State Bar of Arizona, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
