Alexander Green is an Associate Attorney in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. His practice focuses on General Civil Litigation with an emphasis on defending Personal Injury and Premises Liability claims.
Mr. Green regularly advises and defends clients in various cases ranging from Slip-And-Falls to catastrophic injuries, which include Traumatic Brain Injuries and Wrongful Death actions. Furthermore, Mr. Green is well-versed in all aspects of General Liability relating to Premises Liability and automobile claims.
Prior to working at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, Mr. Green worked as an Associate Attorney at Michael Sullivan & Associates, LLP where he managed the legal defense of Workers’ Compensation claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of litigation, representing self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and corporations.
Mr. Green earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan, where he majored in Marketing / Management and minored in French and Political Science. Mr. Green earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he concurrently earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on Management from San Diego State University.
During law school, Mr. Green worked in Civil Litigation on both the Plaintiff and Defense side and also worked at the school’s Trademark Clinic, counseling clients on the filing and prosecution of trademarks. Mr. Green also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office in the Economic Crimes Division and as a Certified Judicial Intern to the Honorable Richard E. L. Strauss at the San Diego Superior Court.
Mr. Green was born in Montréal, Québec and grew up outside Toronto, Ontario. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, NBA basketball, and composing rock music.
