Gagan G. Vaideeswaran practices all aspects of employment law. Her practice is focused on representing and counseling employers regarding the hiring process, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, disability accommodations, privacy in the workplace, and wage and hour issues.
Ms. Vaideeswaran received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law, cum laude, and received her B.A. from Emory University. Ms. Vaideeswaran has been on the Board of Directors for the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California since 2014 and currently serves on the Executive Board as Secretary. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Employment Law Section.
In addition to practicing employment litigation, Ms. Vaideeswaran practiced bankruptcy litigation prior to joining Bremer, Whyte, Brown, & O’Meara, with an emphasis on representing the interests of major banking and financial institutions in federal and state courts. Ms. Vaideeswaran has experience in a wide variety of disputes, including matters involving creditors’ rights, breach of contract, enforcement of notes and guarantees, and other related matters.
