Biography

Stephen Frieder obtained his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law, in the City of Orange, California. Throughout his time there, he focused his education on litigation training, land use and real estate law. While at Chapman, Mr. Frieder occupied several leadership roles within the student body. He was the Senior Articles Editor for both the Chapman Journal of Criminal Justice and the school newspaper and served two terms as President of the Environmental, Land Use and Real Estate law society.

Mr. Frieder has worked in a variety of legal and business environments. Before joining Bremer Whyte, he was successful in sales, operated his own law firm, worked for civil litigation law firms, a non-profit law firm, a judge, and the San Diego City Attorney.

Mr. Frieder's interests and hobbies include surfing, outdoor exercise and sports, music, reading, traveling and environmental advocacy.

Mr. Frieder focuses his practice in civil and construction litigation.
