Biography

Rick Peterson is an associate in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP, and emphasizes his practice on all aspects of civil litigation, including construction litigation, labor and employment litigation, business litigation, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Peterson is a native of Missouri and obtained both his Bachelor of Arts degree and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri. Mr. Peterson moved to California in 2003. Prior to joining Bremer & Whyte in 2006, Mr. Peterson practiced law in the San Francisco bay area, focusing his practice on complex tort matters.

Mr. Peterson is admitted to practice before all courts of the state of California.
