Bryan Stofferahn is a Partner in the Walnut Creek office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP.
He manages a successful caseload in commercial litigation and insurance defense, and has extensive experience in all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, working as counsel for all parties in personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, business and commercial litigation, and other general liability litigation matters. Mr. Stofferahn has had the privilege of representing both small business owners and large corporations, as well as individuals involved in the litigation process. As a cooperative and competitive litigator, he continues to seek and discover innovative solutions to the commercial and litigation challenges poised to his clients.
Bryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 1998, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hasting College of the Law in 2002.
